Time of big news for Kalliope! It has been just been released the Kalliope firmware 3.10.2 that includes great new features, bugfixes and, above all, the launch on the market of our last effort: the optional module KalliopeCallCenter.
KalliopeCC provides a set of functionalities especially thought to satisfy call-center needs, such as the Supervisor Panel application, the advanced CDR or the SPY/BARGE/WHISPER service.
